Favorites from Charlotte Tilbury
If you subscribe to my YouTube Channel, you’ve heard me share many of these products in videos over the last month or so. I picked up a few products from the Charlotte Tilbury counter last month and have been really enjoying them! Charlotte Tilbury was a brand that had been on my radar for a long time but until recently, I could only order it online. When my local Nordstrom started carrying it, I was so excited to be able to test, swatch and sample these products.
I had been eyeing the Filmstar Bronze and Glow palette for years, and finally treated myself to it. I have been LOVING it! This palette is not only the perfect shade of bronzer/contour for light to medium tones, but it also works great as eyeshadow. I filmed my recent go to look using just this palette on the eyes, you can watch it here. The highlight shade is so soft and the sheen is gorgeous on the skin!
I also picked up the Hot Lips lipstick in the shade “Liv it Up” which has become my new favorite pink lipstick. The formula is rich, pigmented and long lasting. Recently the Hot Lips 2.0 collection launched, 11 new shades inspired by Iconic Women we all know and love, and packaged in the most beautiful and chic lipstick bullets. They are true collectors items. I picked up “Dancefloor Princess” and “JK Magic” both are the softest and prettiest nudes.
I also grabbed the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Away Concealer in the Shade 6 because I had heard it was very natural and hydrating looking under the eye. I love the applicator of this, because its a sponge tip which makes it easy to spread, I still use my finger or a brush to blend it in. Its a great concealer for the days you want a more natural look or want to keep the skin light and fresh.
The last product I picked up is the Lip Lustre Gloss in the color “Blondie” which is the perfect lip topper to add shine, and a peachy pink pearlescent to the lips. Its gorgeous! Along with the lip liner in “Pillowtalk” it can be paired with pretty much any lipstick shade with a peach or pink base to it.
